The prescribed application form may also be obtained from the office of Registrar,
LNUPE, Mela Road, Gwalior - 474 002 by submitting an application on plain paper along with a
self-addressed (without stamps) envelope of 30 cm x 12 cm size and a Demand Draft/Bakers
Cheque for Rs. 100/- in favour of Registrar, LNIPE, payable on Gwalior or cash deposit in the
Institute’s Accounts Section. The forms will be sold till the last date of submission of

. The last date of receiving applications in the office of Registrar,
LNUPE, Mela Road, Gwalior – 474 002 (M.P.) by hand/registered post/speed post is 28.2.2010,
along with fees of Rs. 200/- (NIL for SC, ST and PH) in the form of Demand Draft/Bankers
Cheque in favour of Registrar, LNIPE payable on Gwalior or paid in cash in Institute’s AccountsSection and receipt in original be enclosed with the application form
