Applications are invited for the following posts in the Council office.
1. Computer Programmer 1 Gen.
Scale of Pay Rs.15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-
Qualification :
Master degree in Statistics/Mathematics (with Statistics)/Operation Research/Physics or Economics (with Statistics)/Commerce (with Statistics) with DCA or MCA or Degree in Engineering/Computer Sciences Experience : 5 years’ experience of electronic data processing work, out of which at least 2 years experience
should be in actual programming on an electronic computer.
Desirable : Master degree in Engineering or Doctorate degree in any of the subjects mentioned in Essential qualification.
Age Between 35 to 45 years.
2. Computer Operator 2 (1 Gen., 1 OBC)
Scale of Pay Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay of Rs.2400
Qualification :
A degree from a recognised University or equivalent qualification and a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour for data entry work.
Experience : With 3 years regular service as Data entry operator Grade I in the scale of Rs. 3050-4590 (Pre-revised).
Age Between 18 to 27 years.
Five years relaxation in the upper age limit is permissible for Government servants
and SC/ST Category and three years for OBC Category.
Selection Procedure: 1. The selection to the above posts shall be made on the basis of written examination,
speed test and/or interview as deemed fit. 2. Candidates must possess the prescribed
educational qualifications as on the date of application. 3. Mere possession of minimum
qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview/test. 4. Candidates
already in Government service, must submit their application through proper channel. 5.
The Organisation will not be responsible for late/non-receipt of call letters for written
examination/interview due to postal delay. 6. Only short listed candidates will be called for
interview/test. 7. Council may accept or reject any application and no correspondence will
be entertained in this regard. 8. Candidates, who are desirous to apply for more than one
post, are required to submit separate application for each post. 9. Only selected candidates
will be informed in due course and no correspondence on the subject would be entertained.
10. The number of vacancies/posts to be filled may vary due to promotion/resignation etc.
during the process of recruitment. The exact number of vacancies will be determined by the
office at the time of filling-up the posts.
