Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for appointment purely on contract basis for the following posts.
Professor Posts 02 Age 55 Year
Associate Professor Post 01 Age 50 Year
· Candidates joining while on sabbatical leave with salary would be entitled to pay protection (last
pay drawn) in parent department plus 10% of the basic pay from NIFTEM.
· Emoluments for candidates joining directly would be fixed appropriately at par with those on the
identical posts and joining on sabbatical or above indicated amount whichever is higher.
· While these selections are for short-term contractual appointment, based on performance, the
selected candidates may be considered for long-term/permanent appointment at a later time.
Candidates with prior experience in R&D/ Academic Institutions would be preferred.
