| Officer `C’ (Accounts) : By Direct Recruitment / By Deputation
a) By Direct Recruitment : One Post. Pay Band No. 3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- (TME Rs. 41329/-) Age limit : Below 40 years. Qualification & Experience : Essential : Graduate with the qualification of SAS/CA / ICWA with 5 years experience in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-275-13500 (PR) or 8 years experience in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500 (PR) as Pay and Accounts Officer / Accounts Officer. Desirable : Candidates having additional qualification of MBA (Finance) or Company Secretary with experience in Computerised Accounting will be preferred.
b) By Deputation : The candidate holding post analogous to the post applied for in terms of the pay scale and status or the candidate has worked for atleast 5 years on the lower post in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-275-13500 (PR) or 8 years in the scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500 (PR) provided that :
The period of deputation shall ordinarily be three years which may be extended upto maximum period of five years. The total period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same organization / department shall not exceed five years. The candidates appointed on deputation shall not have any claim for promotion during the period of deputation.

One Post reserved for Orthopaedically handicapped candidates. Pay Band 3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs. 5400/- (TME Rs. 38998/-) Age limit : Below 45 years including relaxation. Qualification & Experience : M.A. / M.Sc./M. Com. with B. Lib. / M. Lib. with 6 years experience OR B. Lib. with 9 years experience OR B. Sc. or equivalent with 10 years relevant experience. Desirable : Experience in e-Library & Library Automation will be preferred.

| Technical Officer 'A' (Civil)
One Post - (UR) , Pay Band 2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4600/- (TME Rs. 27228/-) Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification & Experience : Essential : AMIE / Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience after degree OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6 years experience. Desirable : The qualified candidates having experience in Civil maintainance of laboratory buildings and Govt. residences, Pump House operations, preparing civil estimates as per CPWD rules, writing of measurement books, certifying Running Account and final bills and having working knowledge of computer will be preferred.

Three Posts - (UR-1, SC-1, OBC-1), Pay Band No. 1 of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- (TME Rs. 18731/-) Age limit : 30 years Qualification & Experience: Essential : 12th Pass with Science with two years full time Diploma in MLT having 7 years experience in the R & D Laboratory OR B. Sc. with 3 years experience. Desirable : Candidates having experience in Flow Cytometry, Computers and flair for instrumentation having experience in operating Fluorescent Activated Cell Sorter will be preferred.

One Post - (OBC), Pay Band No. 1 of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- (TME Rs. 18731/-) Age limit : 30 years Qualification & Experience: Essential : 12th Pass with Science with two years full time Diploma in MLT having 7 years experience in the R & D Laboratory OR B. Sc. with 3 years experience. Desirable : Candidates having experience in techniques involved in transgenic animal generation, ELISA, PCR, Gel electrophoresis and in breeding, management and husbandry of laboratory animals with working knowledge of computer will be preferred.

Two Posts - (UR), Pay Band No. 1 of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- (TME Rs. 12125/- approx), Age Limit: 30 years. Qualification & Experience : Essential : Matriculate with science with three years experience in Research & Development Laboratory or DMLT. Desirable : Candidates having experience of working with laboratory animals, their breeding, management and husbandry, laboratory procedures for hematology / clinical biochemistry / pathology / parasitology with working knowledge of computer will be preferred.

| Helper 'A'
One Post - (UR) Pay Band No. 1 of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/- (TME Rs. 11052/- approx), Age Limit: 18 to 30 years. Qualification & Experience : S. S. C. pass. Desirable : Candidates having experience in Biology Lab / Animal House will be preferred.

Notes :
1.
| Total Monthly Emoluments (TME) includes Transport Allowance and HRA as per rules.

| Age relaxation will be available to SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Government of India rules. OBC candidates are required to submit latest non-creamy layer certificate for availing reservation benefits.

3.
| Mere fulfilling the minimum prescribed qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for calling for interview. The Centre reserves the right to call for interview only those candidates who in its opinion are likely to be suitable. No any correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

| Applications received after the due date and / or without the copies of the required certificates and the demand draft will not be considered. Applications received through email will not be accepted.

| Canvassing in any form and / or bringing in any influence will be treated as disqualification for the post.

| Higher start in basic pay may be considered in case of meritorious and outstanding candidates.

| The Director, NCCS reserves the right to enhance / reduce the number of posts and also to cancel the recruitment process.

| The appointments for all the posts excluding deputation, will be made initially on contract for a period of 5 years with a probation period of 1 year, which may be extended. The performance will be reviewed on completion of 4 years and further continuation of appointment will depend on the performance during this period.

| The posts advertised shall be need based without any commitment for its filling.
|
12.
| The selected candidates shall be required to work on weekly offs / holidays on rotation basis, as per rules.
|
13.
| Persons suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability shall alone be eligible for appointment against the post reserved for physically handicapped candidates. A person who wants to avail the benefits of reservation would have to submit a Disability certificate issued by a Medical Board duly constituted by the Central or a State Government.

14.
| Outstation SC/ST candidates called for interview will be paid to and fro second class railway fare for attending the interview as admissible under Govt. of India rules, on production of the proof of the same.

15.
| Age limit and experience may be relaxed in exceptional cases with permission of the Competent Authority.
|
16.
| Experience mentioned should have gathered by the candidate after acquisition of the essential qualifications.

17.
| A demand draft of Rs. 100/- (SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from payment of fees) drawn on Bank of India payable at Pune in favour of Director, National Centre for Cell Science, should be attached with the application form.
