Applications are invited for the following positions under DBT funded Indo Australia collaborative project “Comparative genomics of economically important nematode
pathogens leading to transgenic nematode resistance in wheat and sugarcane”:

- Position: Junior Research fellow = One
- Essential qualification: M. Sc. (First class) in Nematology / Botany /Zoology / Plant Molecular Biology/ Life Sciences/ Microbiology / Biotechnology. Desirable: Experience in general techniques in molecular biology and tissue culture
- Emoluments: Rs 12,000/= + HRA(per month)
- Duration: 3 Years
- Age: Not more than 35 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST & women candidates)
- Position: Research Associate = One
- Essential qualification: M. Sc in/ Botany / Zoology / Plant Molecular Biology/ Bioscience/Life Sciences/ Microbiology / Biotechnology with three years research experience or Ph.D in the above disciplines.
- Desirable qualification: Experience in plant tissue culture/ plant transformation, molecular biology techniques and bioinformatics.
- Emoluments: Rs 16,000 + 30% HRA
- Duration: 3 Years
- Age: Not more than 35 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST & women candidates)
