Additional General Manager (F and A)
In the pay band of : Rs. 37,400/- – Rs. 67,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/-
No. of Post : 3 Designation code - 01
Qualifications : Full time Graduate in any discipline with AICWA / ACA / MBA(Finance) (2 Years’ full time) from a recognized University / reputed Institute approved by AICTE / IIMs /XLRI / IIT B Schools.
Experience : Experience of 15 years or more in senior management position in Finance and Accounts department in a large engineering / power generation / distribution organisation in a professional environment, out of which at least 5 years experience in senior position with experience in Budgeting, Final Accounts, Auditing and Cash Management. He must have sufficient Knowledge and experience in handling all facets of Finance Function independently. He must have working knowledge of ERP/SAP.
Additional General Manager (F and A) – IT

Qualifications : Full time Graduate in any discipline with AICWA / ACA / MBA(Finance) (2 Years’ full time) from a recognized University / reputed Institute approved by AICTE / IIMs /XLRI / IIT B Schools. Should have background of Relational Data Base Management System and Soft-Ware Development.
Experience : 15 years experience in F and A department of any large organization / Power Distribution / Generation Company related to IT Application in
the F and A wing, out of which at least 5 years experience in Senior Management position. Must have experience in ERP Accounting with sound knowledge of Relational Data Base Management System and Software Development.
Assistant Company Secretary
In the pay band of : Rs.15,600/- – Rs.39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-

Qualifications : Full time Graduate in any discipline with ACS from ICSI. Degree in Law is preferred. Candidates having ACA / AICWA as additional qualification shall be given preference Experience : 3 years experience in the Secretarial department of any large limited Company
Age limit : Age between 40-55 years for the post of Additional General Manager(F and A) and between 27-35 years for the post of Assistant Company Secretary as on 01.01.2010.
