- Joint General Manager (Being redesignated as General Manager): 01 Post Pay: Rs. 36600-62000, Age: 50 Yrs, Qualification: Degree in Electrical/ Electronics & communication/IT Engg: with minimum 10 year experience in middle managerial level with proven track record of working in business development/ marketing of professional services / products/ design, planning & execution of Radio/TV projects.
- Manager (Finance): 01 Post Pay: Rs. 24900-50500, Age: 40 Yrs, Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of which 3 years in the middle managerial level preferably in a CPSE.
- Manager (HR/Admin): 01 Post, Pay: Rs. 24900-50500, Age: 40 Yrs, Qualification: PG Degree in Pers. Mgt. / Industrial Relations / HRD / Social Work with minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of which 3 years in the middle managerial level preferably in a CPSE. Desirable: MBA/LLB/PG Diploma in Labour Laws.,
- Deputy Manager (Finance): 01 Post Pay: Rs. 20600-46500, Age: 38 Yrs, Qualification: CA/CWA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field, of which 1 year in the Asstt. Manager level.
- Deputy Manager (BD): 01 Post, Pay: Rs. 20600-46500, Age: 38 Yrs, Qualification: Degree in Electrical/E&C/IT Engg. or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience in the field of Broadcast, Communication of which 1 year in the Asstt. Manager level.
- Management Trainee for Regional Office Bangalore: 01 Post, Pay: Rs. 15000 per month (consolidated stipend), Age: 28 Yrs, Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Electronics & communication / IT Engg. with at least 70% for general category (60% for reserved category) from a recognized University/Institution. Desirable: MBA/PG Diploma in business management.
