The Indian Navy invites application from unmarried Male Indian Citizens for Recruitment of Stewards, Cooks and Topasses (Safaiwala), For Batch 01/2011, Course Commencing 04 April 2011.
- Eligibility Conditions:
- Age: 17 to 21 years as on 01 April 2011 (born between 01 April 90 and 31 March 94, both dates inclusive)
- Eligibility Conditions and Job Requirements:
- Cooks (MR): They should be matric/ class 10th qualified/ passed. They would be required to prepare food as per menu and accounting of ration. In addition, they will also be allotted other duties for efficient running of organization.
- Stewards (MR): They should be matric/ class 10th qualified/ passed. They would be required to serve food in the officers messes, as waiters, housekeeping, accounting of funds, wine and stores, preparation of menu. In addition, they will also be allotted other duties for efficient running of organization.
- Topassess (NMR): They should be VI standard qualified and will work as safaiwalas including cleaning of toilets. In addition, they will also be allotted other duties for efficient running of organization.
