1. Post : Deputy General Manager (Manufacturing)

Scale : Rs. 17,500-400-22,300.
The incumbent will be responsible for the efficient running of the Process Plant, Formulation Plants and Bulk Plants for achieving production, productivity and cost targets. He will play a key role in upgrading technologies; improve process efficiencies and productivity of resources deployed, to make operations viable.
He should be Graduate / Post graduate in Pharmacy / Chemical Engineering / Bio- Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology. He should have total experience of 15 years out of which 5 years should be in a senior managerial position in manufacturing in Pharmaceutical Industry. Should be thoroughly conversant with Food & Drugs Administration Act, Factory Management, Project Engineering and WHO/ GMP requirements.
2. Post : Dy. General Manager (Finance)
Max. Age Limit : 50 years.
Scale : Rs. 17,500-400-22,300.
The incumbent will be shouldering the responsibility of Head Of Department of Finance Department and will be looking after various sections and sub- sections of the Finance Department i.e. Cash, Costing Audit, Establishment, Budgeting, Inventory Control, Attending to Govt. Auditors and finalization of accounts etc.
He should be CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 15 years experience in Accounts, Finance, Costing, Budgeting and Corporate planning functions, out of which 5 years should be in Senior Managerial capacity in an organization of repute. Candidate will look after the whole gamut of financial Management including Costing, Budgeting, Audit, Establishment, cash, Inventory control, attending to Govt. auditors, finalization of accounts etc. as Head of the Department
3. Post : Dy. General Manager (Marketing)
